It's the oldest continuing city in the US and is Spanish mostly and preserved. The rich places/things may not be, though, just random people with money... It was founded in 1565.
I lived there age 9-11. Everyone I tell says, "It's a beautiful city," they've been there. It's like the fell back and their eyes popped out.
It is also on the beach, in Northeastern Florida, just under the big city Jacksonville, where I lived age 5+6.
