Looks like it's gonna be good. I'm pretty much laying off sweet carbs, like cake, cookies, etc. I still need sugar from fruit, just know I can't have too much of just that.

That is great. I cut out sugar from my diet and my violin skills shot through the roof. I'm about to play my first concert!

Sounds like a good start Christina. You can still enjoy those foods on occasion, with one caveat: You need to use the low carb flour that I recommended at filmboards. Either the Carbquik, or one of the nut flours, such as coconut or almond. Of course you need to use either a low cal artificial sweetener, such as Splenda, or better yet, Stevia, since it’s natural.

Sounds good, but I know the wheat flour for pizza was disgusting. I used a tortilla, instead, and had several already. Yea, maybe there are better flours like Carbquik or the nut flours like coconut or almond, as you said. Splenda or Stevia sounds good; yea, I like natural, like Stevia. I ordered organic vegetable powder to put in drinks and chose chocolate. It comes in by tomorrow night. I'm having trouble kicking my vegetables in, but they're waiting. I also have been watching YouTube snack videos, so I have something other than the soup I want to make ... but also health snacks; I saw some health snacks for sale on Amazon in a pack, like 40 for $30. My little brother and I are going grocery shopping maybe Saturday. I wonder if I can get something that good, like an assortment of snacks like I found online, might be cheaper. I'm also making soup with vegetable broth and vegetables, see how that turns out. I also plan to get fresh fish, as frozen doesn't taste so good to me, unless maybe it's breaded and fried. Not sure what else and that I can afford now. A little fried chicken may not hurt, since I ate some my little brother got before.

The nut flours are probably better tasting than the Carbquik. Though in my limited use of the Carbquik, it doesn’t taste bad to me. I’d like to make some of those soft giant pretzels, as those are a favorite of mine. Though those call for the nut flour, I believe.
If you happen to like the V8 vegetable cocktail, that’s a good way to get in your daily vegetable intake. I actually love that stuff, though the standard version is high in sodium, so you want the low sodium.
Watch out for the fried stuff Christina. A better choice might be baked, or crock potted.

Yea, you still have to eat in some moderation, even with Carbquik. Yea, V8 is fine. Maybe, I'll get some of that. I thought it had sugar or something, like high fructose corn syrup. I was told that was bad. I don't eat much fried food, but once in awhile is okay. Hey, my blood sugar is 211 in the morning. I haven't had as much energy to work out since dieting. I think it's the fruit mainy that spiked it. I'm having some cereal now and after ice water. It's one of those super-healthy cereals.

Yea, they were near the top of a list for vegetables and are okay/better/good if you don't cook them. #2 to kale and followed by broccoli.
