I like dancing to work out. I use exercise videos that come free with Amazon Prime, which is $13/month.
I like Pilates. I used to be interested in the spiritual aspect of yoga but also for health/fitness.
So, I look for different videos on Amazon Prime for working out, what I feel like that day.
I owned some DVDs, but I got rid of them because I'm moving out to a group home and don't want to own much. They were cool, but I really like the variety at Amazon Prime.
I find those programs to lose weight in a certain number of days or weeks or longer to be a big overly strenuous and maybe not as effective in the long run. Maybe, they are good, though, I dunno. I guess I want to get in shape and find a physical hobby, rather than weight loss accelerated programs. Like, I wanted to take trapeze and a bit of contortionism. Maybe, I should stick to classical ballet and modern dance.
I just realized, especially as you grow older, modern dance becomes overly serious and ballet can be more fun with the classical music, and I want to be a musician, too. Gotta pick one in the end to be good at?
