The Asians eat a lot of the fermented, or miso tofu. Apparently, it’s much healthier in that form. I used to cook it up with cabbage or broccoli, and usually potatoes. These days, I might only add one potato, or maybe no potatoes, due to the carbs. But that would be a great meal for you Christina, in consideration of your diabetes. Whatever it is, miso sound tofu sounds tasty. Yea, tofu is nice with some vegetables, but I'm not sure what would be my favorite. I'm doing good staying off carbs, but I am trying to find cold sweet drinks/smoothies that are okay. I want to make pina colada, going grocery shopping Saturday with my little brother probably. I read you could use coconut cream, pineapple juice, and ice. Better than sherbert or the little bit of root beer I had with my pizza tacos. I wonder how they make spinach and kale smoothies, with plenty of vanilla yogurt? I used to like just strawberry smoothies from Smoothie King, must have lots of sweetener of some kind in it but immensely popular where I used to live, in the New Orleans area, even one at my college in New Orleans and I saw when my parents with my little brother moved at UCF, though they couldn't be found anywhere else in the area but now are. They didn't taste the same here after life and my diet and eating options changed.. I tried coffee, but I think that's worse.
